Ticker Tycoon is supplied as is. The author disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, to the full extent
allowed by law. The author assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result
from the use of Ticker Tycoon or its documentation. The unregistered shareware version of
Ticker Tycoon will run for 30 turns. To play further, you must purchase the registration code. Tampering with
registration mechanisms or unauthorized distribution of the registered program is a violation of Federal copyright law.
While this software and documentation contains instructions on how to invest, it should never be read
as a recommendation to make any investment. Any trading losses you incur in the real world as a result
of using the investment strategies described in this manual or used in Ticker Tycoon are not the authors
responsibility.
